What is Warrior Fitness?
Warriors-Fitness is a independent Mixed Martial Arts program based out of local fitness clubs. The Warriors-Fitness Workout™ mirrors an actual boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts bout with 12, two-minute rounds separated by one-minute active breaks. Using a Focus Mits (for boxing) or Thai Pads (for kickboxing), gloves, jump rope, timer and music, the workouts build cardio endurance and muscle tone. The Warriors-Fitness concept is unique in that it teaches proper punching and kicking form and basic fighting techniques while offering a full-body workout. Classes are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity, Warriors-Fitness and Personal Training also offers a full range of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment.

Yes, it's true. Cardio boxing classes are for everyone - from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. You are encouraged to go at your own pace - Even if you are in good shape and participate in cross training programs, take it easy until your body adapts to a new type of move. You can stop at anytime to take a break or refresh yourself with a drink of water. You will feel very comfortable in class.
